Surebet Cal Pro - Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”) and MADE SCORE (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the operator of the Surebet Cal Pro application (“Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Service may offer auto-renewable subscription products. By starting a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription Period: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment: Charges will be billed to your Apple ID (iTunes) account upon purchase confirmation.
  • Auto-Renewal: Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
  • Manage Subscription: You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or under Apple’s refund policies.

4. Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased subscriptions or non-consumable items, you may restore them using the Restore Purchases feature within the app.

5. Use of the App

You agree not to engage in the following activities:

  • Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the app
  • Using the app for illegal or inappropriate purposes
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the app
  • Using the app in violation of applicable laws

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, text, code, and trademarks within the Service are the property of Surebet Cal Pro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details regarding data handling.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, stability, reliability, or completeness
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

The Company shall not be liable for issues resulting from:

  • Network failures, server errors, or external platform issues (Apple, Google, etc.)
  • User device conditions, OS problems, or network environment
  • Failures of third-party systems or dependencies
  • Data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or inability to access the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Punitive or exemplary damages
  • Loss of revenue, data, or user expectations

Additional limitations include:

  1. No liability without gross negligence: The Company is not responsible for damages unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
  2. No responsibility for indirect or unforeseeable damages: Including loss of data, reputation, or business.
  3. Liability cap: Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.
  4. Claims time limit: Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the incident.
  5. No liability for service changes: Including modification, suspension, or termination of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
