MadeScore - Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how MADE SCORE (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) processes information in connection with the MadeScore application and related services (“App” or the “Service”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and the applicable Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Terms of Service
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
MADE SCORE complies with applicable laws and regulations relating to data protection and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains:
- What information we collect (if any),
- How and for what purposes we use such information,
- Your rights regarding such information,
- The scope and limitations of the Company’s responsibilities.
This Policy applies only to information actually collected, stored, and managed by the Company, and not to data processed by third-party services outside our control.
Article 2 (Governing Law)
The following laws apply to this Policy and the use of the Service:
- Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information
- Telecommunications Business Act
- Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- Personal Information Protection Act
In the event of a conflict between this Policy and applicable laws, the laws shall prevail. Invalid provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
Chapter 2. Use of the Service
Article 3 (Eligibility)
Any person with a compatible device may use the Service. The Company may restrict usage based on legal, technical, or policy requirements.
Article 4 (Service Registration)
Registration is considered complete when:
- You agree to the Terms of Use and this Policy, and
- You complete procedures required by the App administrator.
The Company may refuse registration if the user provides false or incomplete information, violates policy, or poses security risks.
Article 5 (Termination of Service Use)
Users may terminate use via the app settings or by deleting the app. Some information may be retained to comply with applicable laws.
Article 6 (Availability of the Service)
- The Service is aimed to be available 24/7, but may be suspended due to maintenance or external issues.
- Location or other technical data may differ from actual conditions.
- The Company is not liable for such interruptions unless caused by willful misconduct.
Article 7 (Restriction and Termination of Use)
The Company may suspend or terminate service if the user:
- Misbuses another person’s information or account,
- Uses the Service for illegal or harmful purposes,
- Interferes with servers or networks,
- Violates laws or Company policies.
Article 8 (Modification or Discontinuation)
- The Company may modify or discontinue the Service for operational or legal reasons.
- Users will be notified where possible.
- The Company is not responsible for damages unless due to willful misconduct.

Article 10 (Non-Assignment)
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations relating to this Policy.
Article 11 (Liability for Damages)
Users must compensate the Company for damages resulting from violations of this Policy.
Article 12 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for damages arising from:
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, emergency, etc.),
- User negligence such as device mishandling or account loss,
- Loss of expected benefits or results,
- Decisions made based on the Service’s information,
- Third-party service failures outside the Company’s control.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, Korean dispute resolution bodies may be contacted.
2. App Permissions
The App may request the following optional permissions:
- Camera: Image capture or analysis
- Location: Location-based features
- Storage: Saving app data or logs
3. Collection and Use of Information
(1) Scope of Collection
The Company does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). Only anonymous data may be collected, such as:
- Anonymous User ID,
- Device/app information,
- Crash logs,
- Advertising identifiers (with consent).
(2) Methods of Collection
- System-generated logs,
- User-consented information through prompts/settings.
4. Purposes of Use
Anonymous data is used solely for:
- App stability and performance improvement,
- Bug/crash analysis,
- User experience enhancement,
- Statistical analysis (non-identifying).
5. Overseas Transfer
If data is stored or processed overseas, the Company will take legally required protective measures.
6. Outsourcing of Data Processing
Some processing tasks may be outsourced to:
- Service Provider: HM Solution
- Scope: App development, maintenance, operational support
7. User Rights
Users may request correction, deletion, or processing suspension via email. Requests may be restricted if legally required.
8. Cookies and Automatic Data Collection
Cookies may be used to improve the Service. Users may disable cookies, but some features may be limited.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this Policy due to legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date.
